we've been busy muddling, mixing and shaking
to create new and original drinks with local spirits and liqueurs
for one and all.
This is the Cretan version of Mojito
with local raki, muddled fresh lemon,
mint leaves and custard sugar,
served over crushed ice.
Ouzo mixed with fresh lemon juice,
simple syrup, served over ice
and topped with fresh basil
and red peppercorns.
